October 17, 2008PollDaddy was never related to GoDaddy, but now it is part of the WordPress family. Automattic, the developer of the WordPress blogging platform, has acquired Irish startup Polldaddy for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase gives WordPress an infusion of polling technology and seems to be justified simply on the basis that bloggers love polls.
